The hotel is located in a peaceful and isolated area surrounded by stunning natural views, like the beautiful riverbank or the nearby lake. Inside, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. the sauna experience was amazing and they even offered Sauna Yoga classes. the shop sells fresh and local food, such as cheeses and fresh meat and veg.
The hotel should take reviews seriously and ensure the facilities match their description. AC was listed as included in the room description but was not provided, leading to an uncomfortable and hot summer night.

The hotel's location in the middle of the national park was fantastic, providing a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The sauna access was an excellent addition that helped me unwind after my long day of meetings. The equipment in the room was well-equipped for self-catering, which was perfect for me.
Access to food was limited, and the restaurant was closed during my stay, which was a let-down. Although the room was comfortable, the pillows were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and some of the amenities were only available during limited hours.

The apartments were located near the beautiful Saimaa lake, perfect for winter scenery. the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for winter activities. A sled was also made available to use, which was a fun bonus. the apartment was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a sauna which was a great way to warm up after being outside in the cold.
The apartments were quite small and cramped, with little room for movement or relaxation. the beds were uncomfortable, leading to poor quality sleep and back pain.
